How to reserve multiple rooms?

Sorry that our booking engine does not support multi-room booking yet, but you could contact us directly via WhatsApp at 0108988901 to book with us directly with a special rate!​

Once the reservation is done, our team will send you a payment link and you could make payment directly.

Question 2

Can I change to other hotel branch after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, change branch is possible before check-in and subject to room availability at the requested location.
Please note:
 • Room rates may differ between branches, any price difference will be collected upon check-in at the new branch.
 • All booking transfers depend on availability at the new branch.

Can I get refund if I want to cancel my booking?

Cancellation Policy of De UPTOWN Hotel 
 
> Room with promotional rate (Voucher or any promotions) are non-refundable.
> Room cancellation 3 days prior arrival date, no cancellation penalty will be charged.
> Room cancellation within 3 days, first night will be charged.
> No-show reservation will be forfeited after first night, no refunds and amendments allowed after forfeited.
(All refund processing fee will be charged by service provider "Stripe".)

For direct booking guest, online payment refunds via Stripe will only refund to payment card, refund process may take up to 14 working days.

For guest booked via third party websites (OTAs), cancellation policies of the reservation will be the master policy, if refund is possible, please contact to the respective website for refund procedure.
